Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and design new products, and improve the crafts.
2. Communicate with vendors, design teams in the US and departments in the company in the process of product
development. Control projects' process and make sure to deliver the goods on time.
3. Develop new vendors and improve resource allocation of vendors.
4. Negotiate on commercial clauses including business contracts, confidentiality agreement, sample fee, mould
fee and testing fee of third-party labs.
5. Attend fairs and visit factories.
Job Requirements:
College and above degree.
5 years' relevant experience of sourcing and product development in the trade company.
Familiar with product process and business process, understanding outdoor furniture,oven,glass, iron, wood and other materials.
Master good written and spoken English abilities.
Willing to travel.
