Packaging Quality Specialist

到岗时间：不限 性别要求：不限性别 【职位描述】 A package specialist is responsible for developing packages that are cost-effective, attractive, appropriate for protecting products, and in compliance with the global or national regulation for chemicals packing/transportation. He often works with a client or package vendors to ensure packaging adequately protects products while in transit, displays well on store shelves, and is secured against tampering without being frustrating to the end customer. Job duties includes auditing current packaging designs and finding ways to improve the appearance and provide cost savings with new ideas. Duties and Responsibilities：  Collect the global/regional/national requirement for chemical products packing and transportation.  Collaborate with product designers to ensure product packaging exceeds all design requirements  Work with logistics and design departments in globally to determine necessary packaging materials and attendant price increases  Create novel packaging solutions that reflect our brand image as innovative, sleek, and environmentally conscious  Resolve packaging problems and continuously improve the package quality to meet customers and stakeholders’ requirements  Actively seeking opportunity to optimize packaging cost and inventory 【任职要求】  Bachelor's degree in packaging design or a relevant field  Prior experience in a design or manufacturing environment, chemicals industry working experience is strongly preferred  Specialized experience on chemical packing knowledge, e.g. bag, barrel, tote, pallets, etc.  Familiar with different packaging technology and equipment, e.g. sealing and drumming, etc.  Proven management skill to manage packaging changes.  Track record to improve packaging quality and optimize cost.  Fluent English in reading, listening and speaking  Certified Green or Black belt is a plus  Good presentation and communication skills with different levels of stakeholders
