About the job You will join dynamic Asia HR Operations Team, providing support to achieve high performance and ensure the smooth delivery of transition projects across the region. Your responsibilities will include: · Process end-to-end payroll for China, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements. · Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies. · Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee data, tax information, and other relevant documentation. In your future role as Payroll Specialist (One-year contractor) you will · Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees and management. · Generate payroll reports and perform data analysis for management review. · Assist with other HR operations tasks as needed, including benefits administration and employee data management. · Support China & Asia region HR Operation transition project(s), have the opportunity to communicate effectively with different stakeholders within/across functions. · Other Ad-hoc assignments. We believe you bring · You hold a bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Computer/Data Science, or a related field. · You have 2-4 years of experience in HR within a large multinational company, including a minimum of 2
