【职位描述】
1. Job purpose

· Plan management and control major turnarounds/plant shutdowns or special projects
2. Key Accountabilities
Ensure HSE policies & procedures and local regulations strictly followed without reportable injury
and LSR violation by internal & external resource
· Ensure ALPS_AMM process fully implemented in the responsible area
· Develop detailed job plans that ensure safe and efficient execution of all maintenance jobs · Prepare overviews of work permit requirements and maintenance input into work permit as part of job packages
· Manage the work order backlog by: reviewing backlog and planning list, group notifications together that can be planned and worked as a single order
· Create purchase request for necessary components and track it
· Building the job plan library ensuring accurate plans exist for high-frequency jobs
· Prepare of plans and schedules for TAR events
3. Key Activities
· Plan, staff and management labor and other resources under unit turnaround/shutdown conditions
· Properly schedule various daily maintenance/shutdown/TA activities by closely working with gatekeepers and execution supervisors
· Prepare & check material/spare parts before the job executed, kitting for high efficiency improvement
· Provide field construction supervision ensuring job safety without LSR violation and reportable incidents
· Provide professional AMM analysis & KPI performance tracking, identify bad actors and input to reliability engineer for continuous improvement
· Manage and administrate resident contractor under framework agreement

· 5-10 years experience as maintenance planner in chemical industry
· Good communication and strong coordination & planning
· Good skills in use of software (word, excel, PPT,SA
