到岗时间：不限 性别要求：不限性别 【职位描述】 About the job The overall purpose with this role is to contribute to support the objectives of innovation or development projects in a polymer materials laboratory。 In your future role as Lab Technician- Expancel you will • Adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines to ensure safe laboratory operations, achieve a zero-incident goal, and maintain a clean and orderly work environment. • As a member of the project team, support the objectives of innovation or development projects, ensuring timely delivery of technical results. • Lead experimental activities within the scope of responsibilities, planning experimental processes to meet departmental standards and customer needs. • Enhance personal technical capabilities and safety practices by integrating application development goals with HSE requirements • Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment such as injection molding machines, Fourier transform infrared analyzers, muffle furnaces, etc. • Prepare polymer material samples, conduct performance tests and data analysis to support new product promotion and project implementation. • Maintain a "zero incident record" in the laboratory and practice the "Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture." • Assist the team in raw material evaluation, formulation optimization, and test data organization to support technical decision-making. • Write experiment reports in both Chinese and English, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of technical documents. 【任职要求】 We believe you bring • Bachelor's degree or above in Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields. • At least 3 years of experience in a polymer materials laboratory, familiar with operating equipment such as injection molding, TMA, FTIR, etc. • Fluent in English, able to write technical reports and participate in international collaboration; fluent in Mandarin communication. • Experience in formulation development, mate
